Ordering | For
Business User's consumable orders only with order value up to £500 inclusive
Vat, after 2 initial transactions we can invoice customers offering a credit account,
14 Day NETT standard or up to 30 Day NETT at our discretion. For Web Order transactions,
the Customer shall be contacted only if problems arise such as price discrepancy
when processing the order or unable to process the Customer's credit or debit
card payment. When goods are unavailable ex-stock via vendors'/suppliers' warehouse,
next day couriers to customers direct within 9 working days (7 working days +
2 working days in transit), under normal circumstances our Sales team shall contact
customers by phone or via e-mails advising of any such delay. If goods are available
ex-stock, via vendors'/suppliers' warehouse to customers direct, please allow
up to a minimal of 2 working days for next day couriers delivery within UK mainland
to arrive. For Urgent Orders or Specific Couriers' delivery arrangement required,
customers are advised to ring and check with our Sales team for the additional
costs incurred to process your order in accordance with your instructions.
Our Credit Card Order form uses 128 bit SSL, the strongest commercially available
level of Encryption. All your private data will be encrypted, at all times, whilst
in transit over the internet. You will see a solid padlock in your browser status
bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place, once you process your
order on the Check Out page.
DO NOT e-mail your credit card details at
all times. Please either ring to give such information or leave us a message to
ring back. Our Sales team can process your order over the phone and confirm via
e-mails.

Availability and Couriers Service |
Due to our Competitive Pricing policy, limited Standard stock
and Special Pricing stock are available ex-stock at our office premises for customers'
collection if preferred. Most products are despatched via vendors'/suppliers'
warehouse for next day couriers within mainland UK only, to customers direct.
Special Specified Couriers services such as AM (Pre-10 or Pre-1) Delivery, Saturday
or EU/Overseas Delivery arrangements can be offered at extra costs available upon
request, subject to vendors'/suppliers' couriers charges.
In general, next
day couriers within mainland UK delivery, as a guide only:
For A4 Printers
next day couriers: From £12.50 + Vat & £15 + Vat.
For A3+ or
Large Format Printers on "Pallets" next day couriers: From £40
+ Vat upwards.
For Consumables up to 30 Kg couriers: next day From £12.50
+ Vat & up to 3-4 days From £10.50 + Vat.
For Projectors or Large
Size Projector or TV's/Screens next day couriers:
From £15 + Vat &
£20 + Vat.
For Larger Size or Large Format TV's/Screens next day couriers:
From £30 + Vat & £40 + Vat upwards, subject to quantity of pallets
to be used for delivery.
PS: All Couriers charges prior to goods delivery
are subject to change (via vendors/suppliers) and prior agreement, or unless specified
otherwise.

Services Available | On-site
installation can be offered via vendors'/company's or company's suppliers'/sub-contractors
if applicable and various On-site Installation packages are available at extra
costs, or nationwide if available.
In addition our small Home Cinema, Audio
Visual or Digital Signage Install team can provide On-site Installation or "Basic"
Personal or Group Training, covering most computing areas within mainland England
only.
